Policies and Terms

- Payment is due at time of booking.

- Payment is made via PayPal or Venmo.

- Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may transfer your payment to a new date once, free of charge. 

- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. 

- Refunds are not available once texting program begins.

- If you would like to cancel your texting program before it begins, you may do so prior to the date it is due to begin and you will be refunded in full.

- Broken-ish provides non-clinical peer support. We do not offer therapy, counseling, or medical advice. 

- By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies. 

- Everything shared during your sessions/text programs with Broken-ish is kept private and confidential. Your story, emotions, and healing process are honored with care and respect.

- As a peer support provider, I do not share your information with anyone unless there is a concern for your safety or someone else's. In those rare cases, I will follow appropriate steps to ensure care and protection.

- This website collects minimal personal information, such as your name, email address, or message content, only when you voluntarily submit it. Your information will never be sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond communication or service delivery.

- I use secure platforms such as PayPal and third-party scheduling tools to process payments and bookings. Please refer to their individual privacy policies for further information on how your data is handled on their sites.
