Personal Experience

Widowed at 24 years old:

Due to addiction and substance abuse
Navigated grief while parenting a toddler
Continuing to navigate parenting a child who has lost their father

Living with a Spouse who has dealt with/is dealing with:

Alcoholism and recovery
Depression/Anxiety
Bipolar Disorder (Managing the illness and tough things that go along with it such as emotional trauma)
