Broken-ish is a no-cost peer support space created to help women navigate emotional healing after grief, loss, betrayal, or life changes. Through 1:1 sessions, texting programs, and reading materials, Broken-ish offers heart-centered support for those who feel 'not quite okay' but want to move forward.
No. I'm a Registered Nurse and peer support provider. I offer emotional support based on lived experience and a desire to help other women, not clinical therapy. Broken-ish is not a replacement for professional mental health treatment.
Absolutely. Peer support can complement therapy beautifully. Many people find value in having both a clinical and non-clinical space to process and heal.
A session is a 45-minute Zoom or phone call where you can talk openly, share your story, process your feelings, or just be heard. There's no pressure, no pushy advice-giving - just a safe space guided by compassion.
That's completely okay. You control the pace and what you want to share. Silent reflection, journaling prompts, or gentle guidance are all available options. The texting program could also be a more comfortable option for you!
